Qudini provides Customer Experience Software that enables service-driven businesses to increase their profitability by providing premium experiences and services to their customers. In 2017, Qudini conducted a comprehensive survey with over 2,000 UK consumers to gauge their views on the state of the brick and mortar retail industry. My brief was to design two 16 page whitepapers using infographics and various illustrative devices to convey the survey results. I was supplied with brand guidelines as a basis for the fonts and key colours to use, as this was my first project for Qudini, but was also given freedom to interpret the information in additional creative ways.
I have also designed several social media and press infographics off the back of the whitepapers, along with presentations, email banners, flyers, event invitations and exhibition stand graphics for subsequent projects.
